Dopey is a 5-year-old Pit Bull in Mineral, VA, who needs $1,100 for a cystotomy.

Hi this is my pitbull Dopey, he is a rescue. When we got him he had been kept in a cage that was way to small for him he had a few problems with his paws fast forward 5 year he's been a great healthy dog and then all of a sudden he couldn't go to the bathroom so I rush him to the vet they inform us he has bladder stones and need to have them surgically removed I struggle monthly. I can't lose my baby.

He's a big baby he sleeps in the bed with me. He also loves to play outside with his friend babygirl. He also loves to cuddle a lot. He always wants love and snuggles . He loves to play tug of war with my kids. He is good with our cats over all he is a big baby an we love having him with us everyday.

I am currently not working due to my own health problems and this with dopey happened and I just cant come up with funds on my own. Having dopey with me is everything as he is my best friend I don't know what I'd do without him.

I'm am seeking help for this emergency situation. The lovely people at vets in Charlottesville VA have been great but as they don't take payment plans I am trying to come up with the funds so I do have to go through the heartbreak of losing my best friend .I have tried to be positive and I just want dopey to be himself again.

Dopey is one of a kind .he acts like a human. He loves to argue with me he is the most lovable dog I have ever had. he keeps me on my toes that's for sure. He is also the best cuddler. He had to be touching one of us most of the time .he has brought a lot of happiness to our family and I love him so much.
