Thanks to all of you, this sweet girl is thriving and has made a full recovery. She has been adopted into her forever home and couldn't be loved more! Thank you for all the love and support so she could receive the best medical treatment.
About this campaign
When Dottie's owner decided to euthanize her after declining treatment, A Pathway to Hope chose to help. A compassionate veterinary team contacted them about this 3-month-old kitten because they just could not euthanize her without first trying to save her. Dottie had a dangerous intestinal obstruction that required immediate surgery.
Dottie had stopped eating and drinking and was suffering from vomiting and diarrhea.
She was transferred to a specialty hospital, where an ultrasound confirmed a linear intestinal obstruction requiring emergency surgery.
A Pathway to Hope is already overwhelmed by so many critical medical cases, but they could not let this tiny kitten die without a chance. If you can please donate, even a small amount, it will make a huge difference to this rescue and Dottie's medical care. Thank you!
