Dottie is a rescue out of 11 kittens total. I kept Mama Kitty with me until she gave birth. All of the kittens have since been re homed and Dottie is one of three left as of right now. Dottie lives with 4 dogs and 6 other adult cats.

Dottie is the runt of the bunch. We think she may have had feline Herpes Virus at birth and she had severe conjunctivitis that I treated religiously. Unfortunately, she sustained a severe scratch to the eye and suffered proptosis and complete globular rupture. Rowlett Veterinary at Lakeview saw her a week ago and prescribed eye ointment and amoxycillin for infection. Dottie needs an enucletion.

Dottie was the runt and the smallest of her litter. She is super playful and sweet. She has been a blessing to care for and cuddle with. She loves to come up to my German Shepherd and rub up against him. Her purr sounds like a motor boat!

I am on a fixed income and have 7 children. I love animals and have fostered for years. I would love Dottie to proceed with her surgery and live a happy, pain free life.
