Drake is Janea T's service dog, and the pair need your help!

The gorgeous German Shepherd is having difficulty walking and going up the stairs. His veterinary team at Kansas State University recommends X-rays and an MRI to help diagnose the issue. Drake is Janea's constant companion, and she relies on him.

"The reason I got Drake, in the beginning, was for protection because I was assaulted in college, and my family was seven hours away," Janea tells Waggle. "I welcomed Drake into our home when he was seven weeks old. Over the past eight years, Drake has become my child and part of the family. He is trained for my PTSD. He's saved me from more trauma and assaults. I wouldn't be able to go out in public and function without him."

Janea lost her job due to COVID-19, and she has spent her emergency fund paying for Drake's medical bills so far. "It would mean the world to Drake for a second chance to live. He's a young senior at eight. Words can't describe how much he means. He's protected me with his life, and I would do the same."
