We adopted Ducky when she was 2yrs old from a family that didn't want her anymore. She was so scared and wouldn't eat, drink, or use the bathroom for 2 days. Until my 3yr old daughter came home from a trip to her grandparent's. The moment she heard her voice she just walked out and acted like she'd been with us forever. 4 years later and they're still best friends and partners in crime. Ducky plays along with all her silly games, follows her throughout the home, and sleeps on her bed every night. A year ago we brought home a rescue kitten who was in a fight for his life.
