Duffy is a 5-year-old Beagle/Bulldog in Bristol , CT, who needs $1,700 for Uterus Removal.

I found Duffy online a family was selling puppies from a litter their dogs had. She’s been with us for almost 6 years, her birthday is on May 28 . She has a fur sister who is a cat they have a love/hate relationship for one another . But when they love each other it’s beautiful to see. Duffy loves her older brother, and loves to play with him.

Duffy came into our lives almost 6 years ago. She has brought so much joy into me and my sons lives. She loves to play fetch but in her own special way where you’re actually the one chasing her for the ball back. She is always full of so much energy and there is never a dull moment with Duffy. She keeps our home full of laughter.

Duffy loves to play and she does this thing where she walks very slowly towards you during play and we get a kick outta this. Duffy has puppy energy and I’m going to enjoy every minute of it. Duffy is happy when she receives new toys or bones and she has to take it run and roll around with it to show her excitement.

Duffy is ready to play from the moment she opens her eyes. This morning I didn’t get that energy from her. She was laying around shaking and I’m pain. My heart broke because I wasn’t sure what it could be. I decided to take her to our veterinarian, where she was diagnosed with a infected and swollen uterus and needed surgery to remove the uterus to prevent rupture and sepsis

Unfortunately at this moment I do not have the money to cover the cost of this surgery and I’m asking for any help in finding this medical bill to get Duffy back in good health. There’s no amount too small and anything is greatly appreciated.
