Duke is a 7-year-old Labrador Retriever in Santa Barbara, undefined, who needs $2,000 for Amputation.

Duke is one of a kind. He has absolutely been a blessing to everyone he comes in contact with. He is simply amazing & brings a smile to everyone’s face. Even though he is 7 he brings full life each and every time you see him.

Duke absolutely loved everyone he sees including dogs. He wants to play with all breeds, sizes of dogs and he simply still thinks he is a lap dog. He always shows his love to you.

Duke is a talker, he will let you know when it’s dinner time and breakfast. He uses his words to communicate when he is hungry or especially when there is a fire truck coming down the street. People stop to laugh at duke howling, but he loves the attention.

Duke unfortunately was diagnosed with a bone tumor a month ago, they did biopsies of the site to be able to see what type it is. But unfortunately it came back inconclusive. We met with the surgeon last week and the best option for Duke to have the best quality of life is to amputate his leg. I want duke to live as long as he possibly can.

As of right now I don’t have a lot of money, I am personally only 25 and unfortunately it’s around the holiday season. But I am not giving up and any amount of money would help mine & dukes situation.
