Ebony is a 2 year old Border Collie in Dewey, AZ, who needs $1,093 for Sedation and Stitches.

Ebony is a rescue from Mexico. Found with mange about a year ago. She’s an amazing dog. She loves to be loved and show off her skills. We love her and just want to be able to continue to provide the care she will need in the coming weeks

my dog Ebony came in from going potty outside on 04/04/2026. When laying down with her I noticed she was wet and when I looked it was blood. Upon investigating her we found two lacerations and decided we needed to take her into the emergency vet. When we got there they said she would need to be put to sleep and given stitches. That is the treatment we went with along with medication to go home.

She is the most amazing. She’s had a rough life being a rescue from Mexico. She play hard but loves even harder. She has been the best addition to the family and we are so sad to see her hurt.

Due to her emergency vet trip it’s created a financial hardship on us being able to continue to provide her with the medical care she will need in the next few weeks. Between all the regular life things and this we aren’t sure what to do.
