Echo came into my life in 2017 when my sister told me about her kitten’s litter mates. She has been with me for 8 years and has been my companion through everything. She has always been there for me no matter what.

Echo has had chronic vomiting since she was a kitten. After an ER visit, bloodwork, ultrasounds, and specialist visits at Virginia Veterinary Centers, everything points to IBD, pancreatitis, or low-grade lymphoma. An endoscopy and biopsy is the only way to get a definitive diagnosis.

Echo follows me everywhere and hunts her green toy while meowing loudly for me to come see it. Once when I was crying, she hesitantly reached her paw out and rested it on my leg while I sobbed, then laid in my lap. She understands my emotions like no one else.

This was a completely unexpected expense that will be very hard to recover from. I am doing everything I can for Echo but I cannot do it alone. Any support will make a real difference.
