Edwin is a 3-year-old Great Dane in Corona, CA, who needs $1,450 for surgical support, x-rays, hydration, treatment for sepsis and maintain after gut toy removal surgery, antibiotics and 1 week hospitalization.

Edwin came into our life when we rescued him two years ago. He was in a terrible backyard and everybody knows you can’t just leave a Dane in the backyard. Edwin is my emotional support service animal and is facing a series of surgeries and hospital visits because of an ingested toy. We have removed the toy but now Support services for Edwin. He is the center of our home.

Edwin stands next to us or sits next to somebody all the time. He is a leaner and wants to be touching you. I am a teacher and during quarantine has been his most favorite time because somebody is always with him :-) he came into our life when we lost one of our parents, and so he very much takes care of us on a daily basis.

I have a pressing financial need because We have lost two parents in the last two years and paid extensive end of life bills for both of them. For Edwin to return home and be healthy again would mean a lot to me because he is my emotional support dog. He helps my anxiety.

Edwin will spoon you even if you’re sleeping. He will come over and sit on you as if he sitting in your lap. He thinks he’s human and so he sits on the couch with us with his legs extended like he is a person. He watches TV And absolutely is fascinated with Gordon Ramsay and the Cooking Channel. Who would’ve ever thought?
