Edwin is a 5 year old Beagle in Saint Petersburg, FL, who needs $2,000 for Radiation Therapy.

We adopted Edwin from the Humane Society in Fort Lauderdale when he was one year old and freshly amputated. We have had him for five years. He has an older brother named Teddy who was also adopted from the same foundation. His name is Edwin because my boyfriend and I both had grandparents named Edwin who were amputees.

Edwin was diagnosed with cancer specifically, a stage 3 soft tissue sarcoma. We just did the removal tumor surgery and are moving forward with radiation.

Edwin is the friendliest being I have ever encountered. He loves everyone and everything, despite so many obstacles such as having three limbs, many missing teeth, heartworms, and now cancer.

I am a first year elementary school teacher and my boyfriend is a full-time law student. Financially, we are not in the best spot, especially after paying for the tumor removal surgery.
