Eevee is a 7-year-old English Bulldog in Santa Clara, CA, who needs $2,000 for AMP - Digit Amputation, CT Scan and Surgical Debridement and Bone Graft.

Our sweet Eevee is a victim of being surrended to the humane society twice before we saved the day. During the last surrender she came in with a traumatic injury (fractures/infection) that we are desperately trying to preserve her quality of life and prevent possible limb loss. She is spunky, funny, gets the zoomies like no other and has the best personality, but we can tell she doesn't feel good.

She loves to sleep in her crate with Sid (Terrier) and Roz (Pekinese) by her side. All three are best buds, they take walks together. Sadly, Eevee can only go to the end of the block before she starts to limp, but she wants to walk with them so badly. She fails at being a lap dog, loves to ride in the car (RoadWarrior), loves to be my front desk greeter, is a great snorer and appetite is endless.

Her gas is so bad, it takes your breathe away and peels paint off the walls. She loves jerky, cheats when eating kibble from her shuffle mat, and brilliant when treats are involved. When she looks at you with those eyes, wrinkles and her smile it melts your heart and you just want to mash her with hugs and kisses. She is just the right height for surfing the coffee table. She loves her veggies!!

She has developed chronic infections at her past surgical site and X-rays have revealed that her fractured digits on that foot curl under what's left of her pad causing pain when she bears weight on it. She needs a CT for surgery. Whenever she moves the limb, fragments/surrounding tissue rub on each other causing tissue to die, she needs the tissue removed. She can no longer take antibiotics.

We have a fixed income, most expenses go straight to living expenses. I lost my job and now work a very low paying job to make ends meet. I have a chronic condition that comes with bills of its own. School loans as well with no forgiveness. We cannot relocate.
