Eko is a 2 year old German Shepherd Dog in Pacolet, SC, who needs $599 for Deep Ear Clean/Flush & BNT, Antifungal Shampoo.

We got Eko a couple months after our other GSD, Beryl, was hit and killed. She was named after Beryl, The Eko of Beryl's Love. I lost my job last year and have yet to find stable full time employment. Eko had to stay with my ex husband for a few months because I lost my house as well. This is where Eko's issues started.

Eko has very sensitive skin, as well as seasonal allergies and is also allergic to fleas. The allergies cause her to itch so much her ears then become infected. She has severe anxiety whrn it comes to the vet, so they have to completely sedate her to deep clean her ears when they become infected. She hasn't had her flea meds since August 2023 because of no job.

Eko is my basically my emotional support animal. She keeps me going when I am discouraged about my job search and every area of my life. She has been the only thing that has stuck by my side during my hardship, and I feel horrible I'm unable to care for her as she needs and deserves,

Having Eko healthy again would mean the world to me. It breaks my heart seeing her not feeling well. You can see it in her eyes she is just miserable. She doesn't play as much and you can tell she is in pain. I do my best with what i have to comfort her, but it's not enough.
