Ella chose us with her heart-shaped nose, droopy ears, and sweet head tilt. She’s our bubble-blowing bean, our best friend, and our soulmate in fur. She and her one-year-old little brother are our whole world. She brings sunshine into every corner of our lives, and everyone she meets. She isn’t just a dog. She is family, love, and home. Her name came from my mom's grandma's name to honor her.

Ella was unexpectedly diagnosed on 11/17/25 with a 57 mm thyroid cancer mass at the short lived age of only 6. We’re doing everything we can to shrink the tumor so she can have the surgery she needs to live the life she deserves. She’ll be rechecked in two weeks to see how much it’s improved and what the next steps are. Every bit of support helps.

Ella is our bubble-blowing, spunky bean with the sweetest soul. Her wiggly butt and smiles bring everybody she meets endless joy. When Luka gets sassy she still is happy to share her toys with him. She really is the best dog anybody could have! We even share the same freckle on our left arms as we line our thumbs together.
