Ellie is a 8 year old Doberman Pinscher in Las Vegas, NV, who needs $1,775 for Postsurgical Aftercare, IV Fluids, and Antibiotics.

Ellie was given up at 10 weeks.
We brought her home to live w/ Cheyenne & Princess 2 Dobies. Ellie will be 9 & there is not a day w/o saying how lucky we are for having her in our lives. She earned her nickname " Ellie Buttwiggles" because she carries a blanket everywhere! Then wiggles her rear so fast it shakes her whole backside. She proudly does this outside while barking to protect us.

Ellie has never been sick.
Her balance was off & unable to get up on my bed.
Swelling in belly w/ bleeding.
ER visit @ All American Animal Hosp. Dr., I Bostros said Ellie was
very ill & compromised
High fever, infected blood & bleeding glands. IV antibiotics, fluids, blood work & surgery:
Pyometra & gland drainage. Vet said we have to take 1 day @ a time. There may be complications.

Why is Ellie so special? I can't count that high! Highly intelligent, her level of intuition & emotional sensitivity picks up on how you feel. She goes to comfort you. Affectionate. Ellie has strong bonds w/myself & roommate. Her preference is humans.
Favorite game: Playing w/"Red Bug" a laser light that is her best friend. Don't say "Red" out loud or a tantrum of her stamping paws is relentless!

I got sick & had to take early SS
The loss of income impacted everything including health care for my dogs.
If I lose Ellie, a part of me will be lost w/a deep void.
It is hard to ask for help, & w/o support from people like you,
we won't be able to bring Ellie home.
