About this campaign

What started as Elliot eating part of his toy has cost his human dad, Fred. M. thousands of dollars -- and if he can't come up with thousands more -- it may cost Elliot his life!

"Elliot started getting sick after ingesting some of his toy," Fred tells Waggle. "He has been to many appointments with the veterinarian. We were told he needs a CT scan and endoscopy for a possible GI problem."

The situation is devastating for Fred, a correctional officer who adopted Elliot from a prison's service dog program.

"Elliot has an amazing life. We just had our first baby he was so excited. He loves kids. Elliot is very good at reading people's feelings and making them feel better," Fred says.

Elliot helps his family around the house! "He can turn lights off and on, bring medications, and open and close doors," Fred says.

Fred has spent $4500 doing everything they can so far for Elliot. Now he and his family are running out of money, and Elliot's medical bills could reach $10,000. He's begging for your help this holiday season.

"He is beyond special to our family and super smart," Fred says. "We love him so much."

Please help Elliott get the care he needs!
