Elsa is a 9-year-old Golden Retriever Dachshund Mix in Kokomo, IN, who needs $2,000 for Bladder Surgery.

Elsa came to visit us for a while. My sister-in-law brought her to keep me company when I had my heart attack and triple bypass surgery. She laid at my feet until I recovered. She has been with us since 2017, she was 2 years old when we got her. She soon became a permanent part of our household. She is now my emotional support companion. 2 years ago Chaos was added to our family.

Both our pets sleep in the room with us most times on the bed with us. They talk to us all the time. Sometimes with looks or nudges with their noses or a bark or whine.

They LOVE going for car rides and walks in the park. And Elsa likes to play with her stuffed raccoon at bedtime, like a tug of war with it. They both like to get their daddy loving's before going to sleep.

We use the Markland Vet Clinic for all our pets. They are very reasonable with costs. We have been told that Elsa has a bad UTI with possible crystals in her bladder. The surgery to fix this is way too expensive for us to afford on a fixed income. But we love her, and I don\t want to lose her.

Elsa is as I said before is my emotional support companion, she is like my child & I don't know what I will do if I lose her. We are disabled & on a fixed income. Our home has a roof that needs replaced & more but want to fix Elsa before we can even think of fixing anything
