Emi is a 11-year-old Chihuahua in Sacramento, CA, who needs $2,000 for Possible Heart Failure Diagnosis and Treatment.

Emi was one of 2 pups born into our family. Her brother, Ijime, looked exactly like their dad, Rudy and Emi like her mom Bella. All 4 were such sweet dogs.

Emi is almost always at my side. She's loved by everyone that meets her. She gets along with her feline siblings, Johnny and Frankie. She loves to give you kisses.

Emi is a dancer; she'll dance to get your attention. She loves belly rubs and going to the park. Pepperoni is her favorite treat and she loves to sleep by my side under the covers.

Just like her dad and brother, she has developed a heart murmur. She has been having issues with her breathing; the vet said that she most likely is going into heart failure. About 2 weeks ago, we took her to the Vista Emergency Vets in the Pocket area of Sacramento; they wanted $3,500 to keep her overnight to monitor her, bit unfortunately I couldn't afford it, so I brought her home.

I'm currently working but am supporting 2 unemployed adults, barely making it month-to-month and don't have the funds for situations like this. Emi is the love of my life, I don't want to lose her! I'm not ready!!
