Emma is a 6 year old American Cocker Spaniel in Janesville, WI, who needs $2,000 for Emergency Services.

Back in 2018 we fell in love with Emma in Cary Illinois, shortly after adding her to our family we realized she needed a play pall and Walter entered the family. Although she lives with many of us her true human would be her Grandpa, Paul. Thus the three musketeers were born.

Our sweet Emma was hit by a car. She saw a squirrel and chased it into the road. She had wounds on both front legs, one paw pad, an armpit and back knee that required stitches. During the procedure she developed a heart arrhythmia. While running tests they discovered a bruised lung and fluid surrounding her lungs. After her initial procedure we transported her to a 24 hour vet in Middleton.

Our Emma is a kind hearted, snuggly, sassy girl, with a love/hate relationship with anything furry and bouncy. This included (of course) squirrels, bunny’s, chipmunks, and our neighbor dog Charlie. She’s a dogs dog and a great cuddle buddy.

Despite any cost we love our Emma and would do anything to keep her alive and healthy, with doing so our many runs to the vet in a week lead to many vet bills, each and every being worth it. The stacking up of these continuous bills cause much weight on our human family.
