10 years ago, Emmy was rehomed and became part of my family. From the moment her cage door opened & she ran up to me, we formed an unbreakable bond. She was seen at VCA Animal Hospital for a limp and leg pain but referred to MedVet for a Cardiology evaluation after a heart murmur was detected before proceeding with X-rays. There's a chance it's a CCL tear and arthritis. She cannot walk properly. Emmy was only seen before for having enlarged lymph nodes, once under her neck, and they resolved completely 2 years ago. She's otherwise been healthy

She's gentle, affectionate, endlessly loving, and fiercely protective of her family--even getting upset when she thinks we're hurting.
