About this campaign
Eva Mae is our 7-year-old Rottweiler who has been part of our family since she was nine weeks old. My mom and I traveled to Tennessee to bring her home as a puppy. She lives with my mom, dad, and grandfather, along with her dog siblings Gunner and Tater Tot. Eva has grown up surrounded by love and has always been a cherished member of our family.
Eva Mae, our 7-year-old Rottweiler, recently became critically ill and is currently hospitalized at the Michigan State University Medical Center. Veterinarians suspect inflammatory bowel disease and she is receiving intensive care including a feeding tube, IV fluids, and medications while they work to stabilize her and determine the best treatment plan.
Eva Mae is full of personality. She's always excited to see her family and is quite the "talker." She loves swimming, car rides with her head out the window, and camping trips up north. At home she rearranges couch cushions like an interior designer and gets excited when her Chewy boxes arrive. She's a cuddler who loves pressing her forehead to ours for kisses.
Eva’s emergency hospitalization has created an unexpected financial burden for our family. We've already used every resource available but cannot cover the remaining cost alone. Your support will help Eva continue receiving lifesaving care & give her the chance to come home.
