Evette is a 6 year old Mix-Breed in West Bend, WI, who needs $2,000 for Cataract Surgery.

My dog Evette completely went blind on Easter Sunday. Then emergency Vet to ophthalmic, cataracts. SHE IS ONLY 6,no other problems diagnosed. She is my second rescue from the same rescue from Alabama. My first died of a brain tumor, he was only 3.I am doing everything I can think of to raise the funds needed for her surgery scheduled May 28 2025.She came from a bad situation ,she is pure love now

Cataracts come on suddenly, out of no where. Trying to find out where I could go to get help, numerous calls from here to Madison no one available to see her. Then I got a call from eye care for animals in Pewaukee. The main vet was in a bad car accident, had to get doc. Collins out of retirement to help with the clinic, that part is truly a gift I am so thankful

She gets me out of bed ever morning with head buts, GET up Mom, look out the window barking, the birds are out, haha. She was so happy just to see the world
She was so terrified when I brought her home gods knows what happened, months to get her out of that state of mind. Building trust knowing I've got her back always. She trusts me to do what's right I think she just wants to see me.

I just retired 3 weeks before this happened, she is side kick ,loving her Mom here full time, all day adventures, new places to see. Now she is so limited, trying to make the best days at least good
I rescued her 3 years ago. I promised a better life to see the birds again.
