Ez is a 15-year-old Chihuahua in Sacramento , CA, who needs $800 for Dental Extractions.

I remember it clearly…I tell ez about how we first met almost every night. He loves this story. It was a sunny Saturday morning back in 2009. My sister came over with the cutest little puppy. She got him from laundry mat. He came to my apt at 1850 club center dr apt 1212. He was so shy and when he walked it looked like he was drunk as he stumbled. I knew right then that he was my family.

Ez has met my whole family. I had 2 brothers with Down syndrome when we first met. He knew that my brothers were different and he was so polite and gentle. One brother loooved him and always wanted selfie with Ez. The other brother the opposite he didn’t want to touch Ez. And ez respected that and sat as close as he could to my brother to the point my brother would give in and reach over to touch.

Ez knows how to make me laugh. If I bug him and get too close when he wants his space he flinches at me so quick it makes me jump then laugh hysterically. When I’m sad he gets me with lay backwards close to my face and gives me a an upside down kiss. Works like a charm I tell ya.

I’m a single parent and I raised my girl without financial support. Since my daughter and I have been on our own we got Ruby first and then Ez. I did my best with vet bills. Ruby diabetic and Ez rotten teeth. I have only been able to get antibiotics, pain meds to treat. I’ve even ask my closest friends for antibiotics throughout the years. I’ve been able to get by but now I’m retired making 2000$

When Covid hit I got sick my daughter and other family members. I had to stay home as I was sick and providing care. My job that I had been at for over 25 years was making my life difficult and I could no longer function due to panic attacks and being humiliated from my boss
