Fabio is a 3-year-old Rez Dog in Moab, UT, who needs $2,000 for Cephalexin & Bravecto.

Underdog Animal Rescue & Rehab found Fabio at a gas station on a vaccine & food run on we had on the Rez. When we saw the severity of Fabio's condition, we knew we absolutely couldn't leave him behind. Thankfully, our wonderful staff were able to gain his trust with food, and we were able to catch him and bring him back to our Rescue Ranch for treatment.

It isn't hard to tell that Fabio's life before coming to Underdog was definitely difficult. However, it is hard to tell where this sweet boy came from. Fabio could have been someone's pet who wandered to the gas station looking for food and never returned, his owners could have passed away, or he could have been dumped. Or, he couldve been born and grown up without a human family at all.

Even though Fabio came from a less-than-ideal situation, this sweet boy is wonderfully trusting of people and loves other dogs. Despite his condition, Fabio remains happy and resilient, and we know that once he is healthy and neutered, he will make an absolutely amazing companion for any potential adopter.

Fabio is suffering from a severe case of demodex mange and several broken teeth. Thankfully, Fabio tested negative for sarcoptic mange, but he still has a long road of recovery ahead of him. When he is healthy enough to be neutered, his broken teeth will also be pulled.
