For two long years, a community cat known as Fang lived with a painful fractured jaw. A feeder tried to care for him, but she could never catch him… and without medical attention, his injury only grew worse. Today, Fang is finally safe — trapped and rescued by Cathy’s Cats Corporation — but his condition is heartbreaking.

This sweet boy is very sick, unsterilized, and in constant pain. His old fracture never healed correctly, and vets believe he now needs major surgery, including: removal of his damaged fang, and a specialized surgical repair of a serious oral–nasal fistula (a hole between the mouth and nasal cavity that can cause infection, chronic pain, and difficulty eating).

Despite everything he’s endured, Fang is gentle, scared, and exhausted — but he’s finally in the hands of people who won’t give up on him. Cathy’s Cats is committed to giving Fang the second chance he’s waited two years for, but they cannot do it alone. These advanced surgeries are beyond the rescue’s small budget, and Fang urgently needs help to relieve his suffering.
