About this campaign
Farrah was added to my life after she was part of a litter that was accidently bred. We have been together for 13 years and she is the first dog i've owned on my own outside my parent's house. She was my first life responsibility and we've been through everything together. She has a hx of seizures, anaphylactic shock, deaf, partially blind but still acts like a puppy every moment she can.
Farrah and our other pup Stella are very active in our lives. They are with us every moment possible. I work from home and rarely leave them. Farrah loves to go kayaking with us, hiking, walks, beach trips and more. Farrah has a history of seizure clusters and is why we brought on Stella into our family. she helps diffuse and sometimes eliminated her seizures and is a wonderful companion.
Farrah can always find a way to cheer anyone up. She is the most gentle pup and senses the needs in people. She needed very little training, she loves with all her heart. She loves to jump and bounce like a bunny and snuggle up to her favorites. She loves to be active and just soaking up the sun when she can.
She was diagnosed with Open Pyrometra yesterday 10/12/2022 and after paying $400 for her confirming bloodwork and x-ray, we were told that her procedure will be $3500. We cannot cover the entire bill and only asking for help for raising $1200.
Our other dog Stella was diagnosed with Cushings Disease. I have several medical issues as well and a couple procedures coming up next year. Farrah has so many more years to enjoy.
