Hi. Please meet my beautiful Fawkes. He is 7 years old & very loving. We rescued him during Covid and haven’t been parted from him since. He has a good home. We feed him regularly, brush & care for him, play w/ him, provide comfortable bedding & toys. He has been a healthy cat. He has hairballs and a little more frequent due to long hair, overall health was good before this emergency. We need help

Yesterday, Fawkes woke up, meowed and then threw up. He had energy all day, but when he ate his meal, he threw it up - hasn’t eaten since. He stopped drinking water. Same again today. He woke up, meowed and threw up this morning. I could not get him to eat or drink anything, so I gave him a syringe of water - he threw it up.

He lives in harmony w/ his sister Miko and my husband and I in our apartment. He is our joy. He always has a lot of energy and loves to zoom back and forth through our apartment to greet everyone. He is also very cuddly and sleeps with us in our bed almost every night. He purrs even when you walk by him. He is a sweetheart! He is so curious. He loves to make new friends. He has the best meow.

Husband lost his job this week. We don’t have money for a vet - know this is serious for Fawkes. We will not receive severance as my husband has been working with a small agency. I love Fawkes with all my heart - my little heartbeat & shadow! Urgent please help us help him!
