Fella is the sweetest bestest boy. We adopted him from the Michigan humane society when he was a puppy. We adopted him 9 months after our dog Kenya passed away after 15 beautiful years with her. Della I believe was given to us by God knowing he was exactly what we needed. He loves my young daughter and has the sweetest disposition.

Fella loves everyone. He’s a big boy (93 lbs) but is a gentle giant. He gets along literally with all people and all animals. 4 years ago I went through a very hard and unwanted and sudden divorce. It was a very hard painful time for me and my daughter and fella seemed to know the despair we were experiencing, he wouldn’t leave our side and would always lay with us sit with us and be near us.

When fella gets really excited or happy he smiles and shows all his teeth. He was 122lbs but over the past year we/he has been working very hard to get healthier and has lost nearly 29 lbs! This dog is extremely special. Every single person who interacts with him falls in love with him due to his sweet nature and loving disposition. He’s truly a gift

Last week fella was outside playing in our backyard which is woods as he has for the past 6 years of his life. He came in limping. After seeing it was not getting better we took him to the vet. He needs CCL TPLO surgery on his knee so he can heal and be able to run, play and be a dog again.
