Fenris is a .6-year-old German Shepherd in North Richland HIlls, TX, who needs $3,100 for Canine Parvovirus Treatment.

We were lucky, when a friend had GSD pups up for adoption. I've been looking for a new SDIT for months, and Fen came in to my life at the perfect time. He's a 6 mo. old GSD, pure bred, no family health issues. We just got potty training done, and have been intensively task-working. What we didn't expect was for him to contract Parvo from something around our apartment complex.

Fen is a brilliant, energetic little boy. He loves learning new tricks, barking at his older sister, begging for human food he never gets, and playing tug of war. He is always quick to pick up on new things, loves snuggling with mom and dad, and is just an all around loving boy. His favourite toy is his stuffed cow, who he always snuggles up with at bedtime.

We are on a severely fixed income, since only my husband is able to work, as I am immunocompromised, and can not work. Fenris is my SDIT to take the place of my old Service Dog, and we need him healthy, and back home.

Fenris has contracted Parvovirus. We caught it early, thanks to Airport Freeway Animal Emergency Hospital, who has him on a 24 hour watch while we try to come up for the funds to allow Dr. Aschenberg to continue the treatment he needs to be OK and healthy. He is currently in care, and we are at home.

Fen is a SDIT. I am chronically ill and need a new Mobility SD to help me with day to day life. So far, Fen has been my medicine fetcher, and loves waking me up in the morning by yapping in my face, and licking me until I'm soaked. His barks sound like a squeaky toy at the moment, buti t's part of why I love him.
