Fergie is a 4 year old American Bulldog in Crab Orchard, KY, who needs $1,000 for Hip Dysplasia.

After our kids moved out we decided that we wanted to give a fur baby a loving home. We searched a few animal shelters and finally landed on a picture of Fergie. We felt like it was gods way of saying she was ours because her name is a nickname of our last name Ferguson. We felt it was fate and adopted her from Jessamine County Animal Shleter. She has been a tremendous joy in our lives!!

A few weeks ago we noticed that she was having trouble walking. Almost as if a hip is out of place. On July 9th you could really tell she was in great pain. Today, July 10th my husband called me at work and said she couldn’t walk and he had to pack her outside to use potty. We then proceeded to call several vets trying to get a payment plan. No luck. However we was approved for $200 cherry!

Fergie is our child not just a fur baby! We love her dearly and want nothing more than to see her healthy and vibrant again!! She means the world to us and our family!!

We have no emergency fund due to recently relocating. We both have full time jobs but Fergie needs to be seen asap and it will take to long to build up emergency fund to get her treated.
