About this campaign

Fergie first came into my husband’s life before she came into mine. She was his ride or die and best friend. He rescued her and she rescued him from sadness and loneliness. She currently lives with our other dog and me since my husband has been deployed (he is with the US Navy). She has been my comfort and companion since his absence. She helps her sister and me more than ever as an angel

She has been nothing but our angel and emotional support. She’s loved my husband and has been there for him throughout his and my worst struggles. She calls us out when we are at our worst and comforts us when we are at our lowest. My husband sister and I need her. I need her while her dad’s away serving our country. It has been so lonely without his presence. It’ll be lonelier without hers

Fergie will bark at us if she senses any anger or turmoil that we are experiencing. Basically she will tell us to get over it and pay attention to her. She acts just like a human with human emotions and her behavior reflects what’s been going on at home and will get back at us by pooping in our closet. As much frustration that may be, I will take poop in the closet rather have her be gone forever

Fergie has an auto immune hemolytic anemia. She has been requiring hospital care and blood transfusions this week. The bills and stress have been piling up so fast my bank account can’t keep up.

I had to dip into my savings account and max out my credit card for her care. My husband has been on a boat with little to no access for financial help. I have and will continue to put my life on hold for her to come home and be healthy again. Her dad needs to see her again
