Fergus is a 2 year old American Shorthair in Rio Vista , CA, who needs $2,000 for Perineal Urethrostomy.

Fergus and his brother Leo were rescued from a sewer, and have always been together since we found them. They are deeply bonded, and do everything together. They are both indoor cats, about 2 and a half, and they live happily in our house where it is their kingdom.

A few days ago I noticed that Fergus was unable to go to the bathroom, which prompted a vet visit that revealed a blockage preventing him from using the bathroom. He had his bladder emptied and he returned home. Well, he still wasn't able to go to the bathroom, and had to go back the same day as his discharge. Now he needs a surgery to save him and bring him back home, and I desperately need help.

Fergus has been my primary source of love and companionship since I've had him, living alone can get lonely but he is always happy to see me when I get home, always wants to play or cuddle, and is like my shadow when I am home. He is so vocal, loving, and especially smart, and not to mention he is so incredibly handsome.

This happened out of nowhere of course, and although I could afford the first emergency vet trip, I no longer have any funding to help him get the surgery he needs. I need Fergus back home with his brother, they are deeply bonded and he is my main support in life as a whole.
