After struggling with my mental health my wife surprised me with a cat (which I wanted for years). We decided to name him Finley after a former Packer player, Jermichael Finley. It was fitting since our small pup is also named after a former Packer. Finley was about 6 months old when we got him making him just over 2 years old now.

Finley was taken to the emergency pet hospital due to being lethargic and stiff. He would not eat or drink anything and would occasionally have a blank stare and a small shake which we found out were seizures. Triage said his blood sugar was only 44, but still haven't found out why.

Finley has a best feline friend named Franky. They look similar, but Franky is orange where Finley is gray. Finley's favorite things to do are laze on the highest point of the cat tree or snuggle up by someone's feet on a fleece blanket.

In April I got let go from my job after 12 years. It took me a bit to find another job and when I finally did I was let go after just 2 months. Struggled again to find a job and was hired just last week. Due to all the time off our savings accounts have diminished.
