About this campaign
I adopted Finn when he was 10 weeks old and we have been together ever since. He is my constant companion, accompanying me both as a friend and as a service animal.
It is very difficult living with a disability and my life is radically improved by his assistance. I owe him everything and hope I can get him the care he needs in return for everything he does for me.
Finn is an incredibly gentle soul with the brightest smile I've ever seen. He has so much love to share with the world and is always delighted to socialize with both people and other animals.
I had to rush Finn to the emergency vet due to chronic vomiting, risk of aspiration pneumonia, and rapid weight loss. They were able to stabilize him, though have not yet determined the cause of his illness and they are very concerned about his condition. The vet has recommended an ultrasound to see if there is a blockage in his GI tract that is not visible on the X-ray.
Due to my chronic health issues, I lost my job several months ago. While I am continuously interviewing, I have not yet found a new job. We are currently at risk of becoming homeless and vet bills are exceedingly difficult to afford but I can not stand the idea of losing him
