I plan to capture her and take her to one of the local rescue centers, I hope she still has time to be saved there are a couple of locations and in her condition I know they will take her.

Flaca is kind and very peaceful but somewhat weary of new people. She was abandoned by her owners the neighbors and I have provided her with food. She is friendly with our pets, she's very sweet.

I wholeheartedly want to save Flaca but in her condition I am most certainly know that she will need surgery, I just don't have the funds to get her the much need help she deserves.
