Flora is a rescue from Mississippi. She has been a wonderful companion. Very sweet and lovely personality. She has been with me since Christmas 2021, she was born September 29, 2021.

Within a few months of being neutered, she began limping. First just left hind leg, then returning to the Vet, we were told she needed knee surgery and soon there after she was really struggling to walk . We took her to Veterinary Surgical of Sturbridge. And was told she needs both knees surgically repaired. With an estimate of 9,000 - 10, 000.

This dog was picked after months and months of searching. I saw her eyes and knew immediately she was the one. She rarely barks and is full of licks, if she doesn't have a tennis ball in her mouth. Very sweet to the other rescues in the house.

I was able to get Care credit for $8,000 but it's not enough to cover her surgeries. She's gonna need both knees fixed. I just need a little bit more to be able to do both legs at the same time. Being on a fixed income is a struggle every day. She bring light into my life
