Flynn is a 3 month old Mix-Breed in Westfield, MA, who needs $2,000 for Emergency Treatment for Fluid Around His Lungs.

We rescued Flynn just this week after our kitten, Simba, unexpectedly passed last Friday after an altercation with our foster dog. Flynn is 3 months old and was living at a shelter in Alabama with many other kittens and dogs. We foster for this rescue and when the director found out what happened to Simba, she sent Flynn for our daughter. We told her Simba picked Flynn to take care of her.

We have only had Flynn for about a week but our 3.5-year-old daughter adores him, just as she did her 4-month-old kitten Simba (white kitten in pictures). Unfortunately, our foster dog got Flynn tonight even after we have tried so hard to keep them separate. I had to rush Flynn to the emergency vet where he is currently on oxygen hoping he will pull through. He is at VESH in West Springfield, MA.

All of our animals are so special to us. We have fostered many dogs before (this is our 9th) and we have never had a problem.. We have 4 dogs and 2 cats that are all rescues. We love our animals as our other kids. Our daughter has grown up with them all and then we let her pick Simba as her own cat. With the loss of Simba, she thankfully was gifted Flynn to help her heal and now he is hurt.

We are struggling with these vet bills because of the total amount- between cremating Simba, the dog fight between our dog and the foster dog, and now trying to save Flynn, we are beyond tapped out.
