Fonzi is a 13-year-old Mixed Breed Cat in Bakersfield , CA, who needs $900 for Enema.

Fonzi was born by a blind stray that showed up in my yard in 2009. Fonzi is named after the happy days character because of his thumbs. He's a polydactyl and has 7 toes on his front paws. He battled with constipation last year, and lost his sister of 13 months ago on May 8th. He is showing signs of constipation, caused likely by his age and his early signs of kidney decline. Fonzi is the sweetest cat around. He's social, loves other cats and dogs. He and his sister would bask in the sunlight, until her passing, and now he likes to play and cuddle up with my other cats. He loves a good nap on my chest, despite his heaviness, and has the loudest purr around. He doesn't like to be held however, he loves a good head butt!

He's funny, sweet, giant, always looks like he's wearing mittens, his purr vibrates where ever he chooses to sit. He's amazing. His seven toes click clack on the tile as he walks and he has a very deep and raspy meow. He has one black spot on his white coat that he does not like brushed but besides that, nobody is as big of a sweetheart as Fonzi.

Fonzi was treated at San Joaquin Animal hospital for constipation last year and they saved his life. The bill was around 1000 and I was so very greatful for them taking great care of him. Upon blood work and exams they discovered he was showing early signs of kidney failure, which caused a change in diet.

I am a single working mom that has just returned to work after missing over 2 weeks of work do to a shoulder injury. I am afriad if I wait to long it would kill my boy. I just lost his sister and she was irreplaceable, like Fonzi. My house would not be a home without Fonzi
