Frank is a 8-year-old French Bulldog in Brooklyn, NY, who needs $2,000 for Total Ear Canal Ablation (TECA).

Frank has been on a rollercoaster of a ride, and right when we thought it was smooth sailing, he has been hit with another hurdle! Frank was rescued as a senior dog in June 2022 after being abandoned and in need of extreme medical care. He now runs his mom's life in NYC and quickly has become the man of the town in his Brooklyn neighborhhod.

Although he is an 8 year old Frenchie aka geriatric, Frank seems like he's got so much life left. He sleeps the days away on the couch, snores included, while Mom is at work. But come the post-work hours, he is ready for play time - chasing his favorite plushies around the house, neighborhood strolls to see all his friends, and lots of cuddles.

Frank is special because he's a survivor and he doesn't even know it! He has already been through so much, but as his once foster mom turned adoptive mom was wiping his rear after his last surgery, she just knew that he was THE one. Frank snores louder than a human and is permanently gassy (he scares himself with his own toots!), all the while he is ready to play and make other laugh at all times.

After going through a double hernia surgery this past summer, we just learned that Frank is in need of a Total Ear Canal Ablation to remove a large mass in his ear canal. He suffers from chronic ear infections and the only way to relieve him is with this major surgery. We are currently searching around for cost estimates in the tri-state area to get Frank the care he needs as soon as possible.

Becoming a pet owner means being prepared for the cost of caring for your new addition - but Frank's mom did not imagine an estimated $8k cost within the first 6 months of adopting and on a social worker's salary at that.
