Frank was just rescued from Dallas Animal Services on January 5, 2024. He was picked up as a stray on January 1, 2024. He was not neutered and his owner never claimed him. Frank was quiet when we came home and introduced his to his 2 new sister dogs and family. He has such soulful eyes I knew he had to become part of our family.

Frank has 2 sister dogs, with one being a rescue from the same facility 6 yrs ago. He wants to be with us even if he was feeling a little unwell. He loved goign for a walk with the pack to learn his new neighborhood.

Frank has soulful eyes that makes you feel like you can see his suffering and need for love. We don't know his full personality yet as he has only been with us for 2 days. Definitely a lover

Frank threw up his first night with us quiet a bit. We cleaned it up and he seemed to want to sleep it off. He didn't show signs of distress and was drinking but not eating. He started throwing up again at night and it was a bloody mix. Rushed him to th e ER vet and they have found a blockage that needs emergency surgery.

This unexpected cost comes as I am just started back to work Monday after being unemployed for 2 months. I have been struggling just paying daily cost so this has thrown me for a loop and an unexpected expense. I would appreciate any donation.
