About this campaign
Puppy Frankie is in the animal hospital fighting for his life and needs your help!
It's been an emotional rollercoaster for Frankie and his human parents, Jerry and Emily. The couple just got married, and then they got Frankie. In the short time they've had him, they've fallen in love.
"He is a happy-go-lucky pup obsessed with looking at himself in the mirror," Jerry tells Waggle. "His mannerisms and joyous behavior are infectious. He was a typical pup with lots of energy and loved to trot around like a little horse."
Then Frankie had a seizure. The couple rushed him to the ER, and he's remained hospitalized.
"He has low blood sugar and is having a hard time bouncing back," Jerry says.
The couple is heartbroken because Frankie's hospital bill has grown to an amount they can't afford -- and they are facing the gut-wrenching decision of economic euthanasia, letting him go because of financial reasons.
"This has been a sudden emergency cost with being unable to fund it ourselves as a newly married couple," Jerry says. "We cannot let this little man go, even only knowing him for a short time; he is our everything. We would do anything to keep him around and healthy for many years."
