Fred is a 13 year old Mix-Breed in Eagan , MN, who needs $2,000 for Bowel Obstruction Surgery.

Fred came into my life as a stray on the east side of St. Paul one winter cold day. He went through the winter with me feeding him and putting straw under my steps for warmth. Spring came around and I earned his trust and brought him into my home. I spent the night with him on the porch and the next morning brought him in to be neutered. That day on, he was family!

Fred is experiencing emergency treatment for bowel obstruction. He has been to the vet 4 times and nothing has helped, so he now needs surgery. I am taking him to Eagan Pet Clinic in Eagan, MN

Fred is my best friend. I adore this cat. He is so quirky. He loves me but In his own way and I’m totally fine with that. He snuggles with me at night and puts his paw on my hand like he’s holding it. He loves anyone who enters my home and is just wanting love! I would be l devastated without his companionship.

With him going to the vet continuously the past 4 days, I have used up all of my savings of around $2800.00 and now I can’t afford to pay for his surgery. I am starting a new job and won’t have a paycheck for 3 weeks. I need this surgery so he can live.
