Freyja is a 10-year-old Domestic Short Hair Cat in Green Bay, WI, who needs $2,000 for Cystotomy-Complex.

Freyja blessed me with her companionship in August of 2021. Her previous guardian could no longer care for her. She has lived her whole life with urinary issues and has been on a special diet for it. Our environment is stable, loving and safe. She has come a long way since 2021 and has really opened up and is now unbelievably affectionate and loving.

Freyja has lost 2 siblings in less than 2 years. One being her best friend and feline brother this past June 2023. And her canine sister in February of 2022. She has shown nothing but love and affection even through those hard times.

Once Freyja got comfortable and adjusted she has become so vocal and goofy. She wakes me up every morning as soon as she sees daylight break to get her breakfast. She loves her wet food and she vocalizes that every morning. She has 2 favorite toys. A hot pink string and a scratch pad with a roller ball in it. She gets excited with the rollerball and ends up on her back with her legs in the air!

Freyja has always had urinary issues which have been monitored for her entire life. She currently has been seen for blood in her urine. After multiple tests and some imaging it has been found that she has multiple bladder stones that are causing her current condition. Her veterinarian is Dr Abby at Buddy’s Vets.

I just received notice of my seasonal job ending earlier than expected. I cannot get credit cards or care credit to help. Watching her struggle everyday for 3 days now breaks my heart.She means the world to me and I can’t fathom losing a 3rd companion in less than 2 years.
