About this campaign

Our sweet cat has been a beloved member of our family since she was a kitten. She lives indoors with us and is surrounded by love every day. She has always been healthy, playful, and affectionate, making this sudden medical emergency completely unexpected and heartbreaking for our family. Only a year old.

Our cat was rushed to Charleston Veterinary Referral Center after suddenly losing the use of her back leg due to a blood clot. Veterinarians believe it was caused by a transient heart condition, possibly triggered by an infection. Although her heart is improving, her leg cannot be saved, and an amputation is medically necessary to give her the best chance at a full recovery.

She is more than a pet...she is family. She greets us every morning, follows us from room to room, and loves curling up beside us at the end of the day. She has the sweetest personality and brings so much comfort and happiness to our home. We can't imagine life without her. She owns the house and will never leave your sight.

This emergency happened without warning, and the cost of her hospitalization and surgery is far beyond what we can afford. Any assistance would help us give her the life-saving care she needs and bring her home where she belongs. We are incredibly grateful for any support.
