Gabbie is a 10 year old Mix-Breed in Rockford, IL, who needs $722 for Mammary Mass Removal.

Gabbie was found under the porch as a baby (5-6 weeks old) crying for help. She got her name by how much she talked and chatted when she was bright into the house. At the time our dog Dakota (who is now passed) loved her and taught her how to be a dog, which she thought she was. Till she met her “sisters” Sugar and Spice and realized she was their size.

Gabbie has two lumps on her stomach that require a mammary mass removal surgery. One lump has opened from swelling, and there’s concern of infection. The vet wasn’t able to tell if the lumps are benign or malignant under a microscopic. Once removed they will be sent to a lab for further testing.

Before surgery she also requires labs and an x-ray.

Gabbie is completely a mama’s girl. She is a watchful supervisor to ensure cleaning is done, new items are put together correctly and new toys must be approved by her, bed setups are in the perfect spot for watching and stalking windows and her sisters. Right now she enjoys bird watching, especially the hummingbirds on the feeders and relaxing on her heating pad.
