About this campaign
Meet Gabriel. He came to CAMO rescue fighting the puppy strangles, a rare skin condition affecting young puppies, typically between 3 weeks and 6 months old. It's characterized by inflammation of the skin, often appearing on the face, neck, and ears. The condition is believed to be an immune system malfunction and is not contagious.
This infection is unforgiving and very painful. His meds are slowly helping to clear it up, but his back feet, toes, and tummy are still in bad condition. On top of this, he's now fighting another ear infection and was running a fever.
He's currently living with a foster who loves him dearly and is giving him a safe and caring place to help him heal and grow into a healthy adult dog. However, the continued meds and care that Gabriel needs are not coming at a low cost.
Please help CAMO rescue continue to provide the best care for Gabriel as possible because he deserves it. His short life has not been easy so far, let's show him that it will get better. Thank you for your continued support.
