About this campaign

My fur baby, Gage, is a four year old Boykin Spaniel. He is one of the puppies from our other Boykin, Gracie. He and his Mom are inseparable. He loves her so much. He loves to play with his Mom, chasing lizards, fetching balls and frisbees and taking long walks. He is the sweetest, most loving dog I have ever had. When I am sad, he gives me big, juicy kisses and snuggles.

He sleeps with me and his Mom and his favorite toy, his turtle. He steals my fuzzy socks and hides them in his crate. He never chews them, just takes them. It’s a game we play. He is a beloved member of our family. He gives me emotional support in these uncertain times. I cannot imagine my life without him.

Any donation you can give will be appreciated more than words can express! Every donation puts this precious little fur baby closer to recovery and a chance to live.

He has responded well and is in remission. Due to the pandemic, I am currently unemployed. I am at a high risk for coronavirus and have been quarantined for four months.I am unable to pay for the upcoming weekly treatments. I am terrified that we will have to discontinue treatment and he will relapse and die.

Gage likes everybody and is extremely friendly and empathetic. He is so sensitive to human emotions. He is a precious little soul who doesn’t deserve the hand he has been dealt. He was diagnosed with an aggressive form of lymphoma in June. Lymphoma is a cancer of the blood. He only had four to six weeks to live without treatment. We started chemotherapy. He has had six treatments so far.
