About this campaign
Six years ago, I started fostering a cat that looked just like Garfield, along with another cat. When their owner couldn't provide a safe home, I adopted and renamed them. Now, this lovable guy lives with four other cats and a dog, proving that a foster home can become a forever home.
My cat Garfield was poisoned by antifreeze and had to go to the emergency vet at Pendleton Veterinary Clinic. He spent three days and two nights there, the longest he's ever been away from home. We were told he might not survive, but he's a fighter! Now, he has to stay inside as he recovers, still wobbly and needing more tests to check his kidneys. We're so grateful he's alive.
Garfield is truly the sweetest cat. He's incredibly lovable and gets along with everyone he meets, including kids and babies. He even cuddles with our small dog! With four other cats to play with, he's never lonely. Garfield is a talker, often walking across the living room meowing for attention to let everyone know he's around. He's the heart of our home.
My boyfriend and I are a one-income family with three kids, two starting school soon. We need help with Garfield's vet bills. We put down what we could, but still have a balance and are worried we can't afford future check-ups. We don't want him to suffer, so any support to
