About this campaign

I found Geno 10.5 years ago wandering the streets in our neighborhood and he became our family dog and my best buddy. It hasn’t been an easy 10.5 years we have encountered several high medical bills for surgeries and illnesses and have done so without assistance. He currently has a bowel obstruction and the cost for his medical care is more than we can afford. We don’t want to lose our buddy.

Geno has three human brothers that love him dearly they have grown up with him. 2 of them are off at college and are thankful that they got to see him this past xmas break.

Geno loves people. He loves to get his bone and show it off to those that come to the door or in the house. He loves doing zoo miss through the upstairs of our house. He and his mom are inseparable.

Geno has recently been treated at Ohana vet and Southpaws and has been diagnosed with a bowel obstruction. He has a history of seizures and recently in Dec has idiopathic vestibular disease which he has recovered from. These all make the surgery and recovery to clear the bowel obstruction a bit more risky and expensive.

We are on a fixed income and currently have 2 kids in college. Geno had major surgery 1.5years ago that cost us over 10k that we are still paying back.
