George is a 3-year-old English Bulldog in Apopka, FL, who needs $500 for surgery.

George is almost 4 , staying at my friends house because i have other dogs im concerned might exacerbate his wound. He eats heartily, his stools are good and solid every once in a while its slightly mucosy. Super smushy. I haven't heard him bark or whine since i got him 3 weeks ago. I've cared for him nearly his whole life with exception to the last 9-11 months. He has been badly neglected in that time

George has lived a rough life. My employer did the best he could, i maintained all of his dogs so i effectively raised him but couldn't be the alpha ,if that makes sense.
He's the sweetest dog i believe ive ever met. Literally melts in your hands. Loves to wander, but always finds his way back. He's the best

George deserves a good life. He has fought like hell to survive this long. Im not employed and don't receive any income of any sort. I just want to take care of my friend and i can do it all , until money is involved.i can afford his care but 500$ is a lot of money

He is making excellent progress on his weight.when i retrieved him he was emaciated and couldn't use his back legs. He's since gained a good 20 pounds and runs without any burden. The "helping hands of Orlando" organization has approved him for treatment which greatly helps with the cost but its still more than i can afford. He has run out of his antibiotics except one and painkillers.

This little pudgy creature has the gentlest demeanor. All he wants is comfort and affection because most of his life that was a scarcity.
Ive "loved him from afar" ,if you will, He does this thing with his bottom jaw when he wants something. Almost looks like a baby getting ready to cry its incredibly cute. He humps most anything that shows him attention. Has papers but theyre probably long gone
